These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the websites, the Mind Reset Profile assessment, emails and content offered by Synapthia LLC ("Synapthia," "we," "us") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Educational purpose, not medical advice

The Services, including the Mind Reset Method, the assessment and your profile result, are for educational purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a qualified professional.

No guaranteed results

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including your own consistency. We do not promise any specific weight loss, health outcome or timeline.

Purchases

Purchases of our products are also governed by our Terms of Purchase, including our refund policy, which will be shown at checkout.

Our content

All content in the Services, including text, videos, audio, the assessment, graphics and the Synapthia and Mind Reset Method names and logos, belongs to Synapthia or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, interfering with the Services' security or operation, scraping or automated access, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment and email providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synapthia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Synapthia against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

Changes
