Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Synapthia LLC ("Synapthia," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our websites, take the Mind Reset Profile assessment, receive our emails or buy our products (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Your first name and email address.
- Your answers to the Mind Reset Profile assessment and the profile result we generate from them.
- A record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and when.
- Messages you send us, for example to support.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information, pages you visit and actions you take on our pages.
- Your approximate country, derived from your IP address.
- The ad or link that brought you to us (for example, campaign parameters such as utm_source).
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, where you have not opted out.
Purchases: payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation of your purchase, but not your full card number.
Your assessment answers
The assessment asks about eating habits, emotions and routines. Some state laws may treat this as consumer health data. We use your answers only to generate your profile, show you your results, send you related emails and improve the assessment.
- We do not sell your assessment answers or your profile.
- We do not send your answers or your profile to advertising platforms such as Meta or Google.
- You can ask us to delete them at any time (see "Your rights" below).
The assessment is educational. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
How we use information
- To provide the assessment, your results and the products you buy.
- To send you your results and emails about the Mind Reset Method. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To measure and improve our pages, emails and ads.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with the law.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and secure storage of assessment records.
- Brevo: sending our emails and managing our contact list.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Meta and Google: advertising measurement and analytics based on your browsing on our pages (never your assessment answers or profile).
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws may consider the use of advertising pixels to be "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
- correct or delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- withdraw your consent to our use of your assessment answers;
- appeal our decision if we deny your request.
To make a request, email support@synapthia.net from the address you used with us. We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while you are subscribed to our emails or have an account with us, and for up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. Links to your results use a private, random code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we process information
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
